Leaded Terminations
Barry Industries manufacturers leaded terminations on AlN or BeO. These leaded terminations are available in numerous sizes and offer favorable return loss over a broad spectrum. Maximum power disipation is 250W.

Below are Barry Industries' standard leaded terminations. Engineers are welcome to contact us and we will design a custom leaded termination to your exact specifications.

General Notes:
• All power ratings assume an operating base plate temperature of 100°C
• Standard resistance tolerance is ±5%, ±2% is available by contacting factory
• Standard resistance values is 50Ω, values from 0.5Ω to 20KΩ are available
• Mechanical tolerance is ±0.010" unless otherwise noted
• Minimum lead length on all devices is 0.125"
• Individual drawings available upon request
• Outline drawing above depicts a covered device, castellations (where used) are not shown
• Power ratings over 250W are available by contacting the factory
